Terms of Use
Rekindle gives you a structured plan, a behaviour-based reconciliation score and coaching tools. It cannot promise that anyone will come back, and it is not a substitute for therapy or emergency help.
Using the app
You must be at least 16 years old. Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service or its AI features.
Coaching content and AI
Plans, playbook entries, scores and AI responses are general guidance generated from the information you provide. They are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for how you contact other people. Never use the app to harass, stalk, threaten or pressure anyone.
Prohibited content — zero tolerance
Do not use the AI features to request or create: sexually explicit or pornographic content; any sexual or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors; harassment, threats, stalking or bullying; hate speech or discrimination; content that glorifies violence; help with illegal activity; or content that violates someone else’s rights, such as sharing another person’s private messages, photos or personal details without their consent. Talking honestly about your relationship, including intimacy, is part of coaching and is allowed.
Automatic checks
Before your text reaches the AI, our server checks it automatically. Requests for explicit sexual content, and any sexual content involving minors, are rejected. If your message shows signs of danger to you or someone else, it is not sent to the AI and the app shows safety resources instead. AI responses are also checked before you see them, and an inappropriate response is withheld. A rejected request or withheld response does not count against your AI usage limits. Filters cannot catch everything; content they miss is still prohibited.
Reporting
To report an inappropriate AI response, email destek@dodeyazilim.com with the tool you used, the date and what you saw. We review every report.
Enforcement
If several of your requests are rejected within a short period (3 within 30 minutes), the AI features are paused for your account for a while. For repeated or serious violations we may permanently restrict the AI features of your account; this restriction is applied manually. The SOS tool always remains available. To appeal a pause or restriction, email destek@dodeyazilim.com. Serious crimes, such as child sexual abuse material, may be reported to the competent authorities as required by law.
Purchases and subscriptions
The one-time Rekindle Plan unlocks the full plan and the Plan-tier tools permanently on your account. Rekindle Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account; it renews at the shown price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple users: the Apple standard EULA applies.
Your content
Journal entries and messages remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, back up and process them to provide the features you use.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit or discontinue features, including daily AI limits, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
